Strengths & Styles Workshop for Professional Development (PD 2)

This workshop provides a great opportunity for work teams to learn new skills & build stronger relationships through a blend of short lectures, experiential learning, real-time application & fun exercises.

The workshop objectives are to increase:

• Appreciation for one's strengths and the strengths of colleagues
• Understanding of how our differences can become a collective advantage
• Capacity to collaborate and innovate together

Communication Workshop (PD 1)

Who Should Attend
This two-day workshop is designed for small, intact community college work groups (vs. a collection of individuals from different departments or divisions).
