REASON FOR BECOMING INVOLVED WITH ACE:
So many reasons...love the cohort, interdisciplinary model and emphasis on developing self awareness and life skills---especially within a social justice context. It is professionally challenging and rewarding...love seeing successful ACE grads happy and thriving in the halls!

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
I earned my B.A. in General Social Science from the University of Guam, and my M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Hawaii (UH) at Manoa. I’ve taught at UH, San Jose State University, West Valley College and Cabrillo College. Publications have mostly been in the area of culture and conflict resolution.
