REASON FOR BECOMING INVOLVED WITH ACE:
ACE’s goal is to help, support, encourage and motivate any and all individuals to experience success and to become happy, productive members of their community. I am honored to be a part of ACE. Everyone works so hard to make sure no one falls through the cracks, and that they go on to complete college and have a career that they feel passionate about.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
I have been teaching English & Spanish as a Second Language, Career & Job Preparation and Introduction to Computers since 1980.  I taught for 5 years in Guanajuato, Mexico and 25 years in Santa Cruz, California. I publish English & Spanish Conversation Cards, Interview Cards, Career & Job Preparation Curriculum and other teaching materials. I am a Teacher Trainer in the United States and in Mexico. I was an ESL Advisor for 4000 adults in 50 classrooms & 20 locations. I have a BA in Latin American Studies from UC Davis & a Masters in Educational Leadership with an Administrative Credential from San Jose State University.
